Responsibilities: Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all common areas, offices, and restrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as required. Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners. Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing lightbulbs and unclogging drains. Lunch Assistance: Assist in preparing and setting up the dining area for lunch service. Serve meals to clients or staff as directed. Clean and sanitize the dining area after meals, including tables and equipment. Building Upkeep: Conduct routine inspections to ensure the facility is in good working order. Report any repair needs or safety concerns promptly. Restock janitorial supplies and submit supply requests when necessary.
