* As applicable, cleans restrooms: Sweeps and mops floors. Refills all dispensers such as hand towels, toilet paper - hand soap. Cleans toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors - counters.
* Empties/removes trash.
* Reports any discrepancies or deficiencies to supervisor.
* Ability to properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to using this equipment.
Skills & Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalency preferred
* Previous custodial experience preferred
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.

is looking to hire a Lot Porter for our Sales Department.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITY: This is one of the most important positions in the Sales Department. This position requires excellent organizational and time management skills. You will ensure that vehicles are properly merchandised, cleaned, and digitally front line ready for sale.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Ensure a clean environment for customers to enjoy.
Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice and inspect for damage.
Always keep inventory vehicles neat & clean and merchandised to manufacturer and dealer standards.
Always keep sales lot and customer facing dealership spaces clean and organized.
Parking vehicles in assigned areas, cataloging and storage of keys and other sales items.
Help maintain the professional appearance of the sales department.
Secure cars on premises before leaving for the day.
Move sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keep lot in order.
Deliver sold vehicles to new car preparation department, details and vendors as needed.
Assist Sales Advisors in the Sales Department as needed with tagging and moving vehicles and greeting customers.
Follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately report all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
Closely follow delivery schedules and delivery area guidelines.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, the candidate will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform duties proficiently.
Must be 21 years of age with valid drivers license.
Must have 1 year automotive experience.

The Lot Porter assists both the Service Department in maintaining the Service drive and service parking lots, and in transporting vehicles to appropriate departments for service and inventory control.
Job Responsibilities:
· Valet parks and delivers vehicles in accordance with policy and under direction of the Service department
· Maintains cleanliness of the Service department
· Assist Service department in moving vehicles to ensure efficient dealership operations
· May pick-up or deliver customers as requested using dealership vehicles, as needed
