Job Description The Cafeteria team member is responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of the lunchrooms and break rooms at the facility. Ensures all areas are cleaned and sanitized. They will also be serving prepared meals to team members while ensuring all food handling safety measure are being followed. They will be responsible for cleaning food utensils and serving pans. Pay: $20.50 per hour. Pay is based on $17.50 plus a $3.00 shift differential Hours: Monday - Thursday 4pm - 2:30am DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following: Working alongside the team members involved in the cleaning and upkeep of facility Meeting and assisting vendors to bring food into the cafeteria. Follow food safety quality guidelines. Discusses any potential quality control issues with Supervisor or Shift Manager. Maintain good communication with Supervisor at all times. Report maintenance issues in a timely fashion. Keep areas neat and organized daily. Maintain an accurate inventory of all sanitation supplies and Cafeteria (food, utensils, paper products. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) training, along with company pre-requisite programs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and Standard Sanitation Operating.
