Responsibilities include a variety of housekeeping functions throughout all areas of the Casino to ensure a clean, safe environment for customers, team members and visitors. Cleans assigned areas that Supervisor designates daily. Utilizes all safety equipment as mandated by the position. Performs other duties as assigned. DUTIES Assembles needed materials and supplies from the cleaning supply storeroom. Cleans assigned areas by washing furnishings and equipment, mopping floors, using special solutions and disinfectants. Vacuums carpets in offices and guest areas as needed. Cleans trash baskets, sinks, mirrors, water fountains, windows, door frames and other high places (using a ladder when necessary) with disinfectant. PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES Ability to walk, stand, reach, stretch, stoop, bend and climb ladders. Ability to perform moderate lifting 25 - 50 lbs. with or without assistance. Ability to visually view area and task assigned. MENTAL CAPABILITIES Ability to communicate with co-workers and public. Ability to understand and follow directions. Ability to read and understand Safety Data Sheet rules and regulations. REQUIREMENTS Must be able to work all shifts, including all weekend and holidays. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Must be capable of working with others as a team player. Minimum 18 years old. No recent felony convictions.
