    Prominent individual is seeking a proactive, hands-on, discreet and reliable Live-In Housekeeper/Cook to manage and maintain their Southampton Estate while the principal is in residence as well as minding the property in their absence. Private living accommodations will be provided, complete with a separate apartment and separate service entrance with access to the beachfront and other amenities. This will serve as the candidates' permanent private residence, 7 days per week. This position requires overriding flexibility to work long hours as needed and incorporate a flexible schedule in accordance with the principal's needs. This Housekeeper will report to the primary of the residence and will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the home as well as providing simple, healthy meal service and pantry stocking. The Housekeeper will assist in the daily management, upkeep, care, and stock procurement of the residence as well as any personal assistance duties that may arise. Strong organizational and task prioritization skills are a MUST to succeed in this role. In addition to excellent verbal and written communication, the ideal candidate must have a proactive rather than reactive mindset, understanding the need for continuous maintenance and handling numerous smaller projects on a daily basis.
