Exterior Porter:
* All storefronts, building sidewalks, curb lines, and street sidewalks shall be backpack blown to
* Remove all debris, trash, and cobwebs each service. This includes all fence lines, guard rails, pylon
* Signs, mulch beds, tree lines, planters, dumpsters, receiving areas, overgrown areas/buffer zones, etc., and any other area not accessible by powered equipment, including turf areas.
* All landscaping beds should be checked to ensure no trash or debris has been left in the planting bed
* (including plant debris, leaves, rocks, etc.).
* All storm drains and building down spouts to be cleared of trash, leaves, cigarette butts, and other
* debris.
* All car stops are to be blown free of all trash and cigarette butts.
* All areas around the rear of the building, dumpsters, transformers, etc. are to be blown out and vacuumed of all debris.
* Gum will be removed from sidewalks as needed.
* Wipe clean all trash cans, window frames, window ledges, railing, newspaper boxes, mailboxes,
* Cobwebs under canopies, and light lenses as needed to upkeep a clean appearance.
* Remove all flyers, stickers, and other unauthorized postings from columns, vacant storefronts, walls,
