WORKING TIME:

DUTIES:
The Maintenance Porter shall:
The individual will be responsible for interacting with the principal, faculty, staff, and the general public.
Ensure routine cleanliness and maintenance of all bathrooms in assigned school, including mopping all floors, cleaning of toilets and sink areas.
Ensure bathrooms are fully stocked of paper products throughout the school day.
Daily cleaning of the cafeteria tables.
Daily cleaning of teacher lounge bathrooms and kitchen areas.
Maintain cleanliness of school nurse suites throughout the day.
Responsible for cleaning all mirror and glass surfaces within the school, including all classroom glass doors and entrance door glass.
Demonstrates a working knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
The individual must be punctual and have outstanding attendance practices.
Perform any other duties as directed by the Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent, Assistant Superintendents, Director of Maintenance and/or Principal and Assistant/Vice Principal, in any of our schools.
