Job Overview:
Clean and Sanitize production lines and peripheral areas throughout the facility. This position uses various chemicals used to properly clean and sanitize the lines.
Responsibilities & Duties:
* Remove trash cans, totes and other containers from the line.
* Turn equipment on and drain / empty fillers and conveyors of excess or unprocessed product residue
* Pre-rinse equipment to remove food residue and soils
* Apply chemicals as instructed for various lines and products
* Allow chemicals to soak or CIP for the required amount of time
* Rinse chemicals to remove all remaining food residue, soils and chemicals residue
* Wash and/or sweep the remaining product residue from the floor
* Operate a forklift to perform sanitation duties such as removing trash
* Perform all duties within compliance of GMP and Safety protocols
* Perform any other duties as instructed by Lead Person and/or Supervisor such as Master Sanitation
* Perform any other duty as required by supervisor or lead person.
* Work in a safe manner, following all general safety rules of the plant. This includes but is not limited to the following tasks:

**Sanitation Technician** Prepares cleaning and sanitation chemicals. Operates cleaning equipment on exterior equipment surfaces and manually cleans equipment parts. Aseptically collects samples to validate sanitation procedure. Sweeps and washes floors. Cleans and sanitizes drains, pumps, hoses, bottle and can warmers. Maintains cleaning chemical storage area. **Position Responsibilities**
+ Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with Keurig Dr Pepper safety and sanitation requirements.
+ Possess understanding of production equipment so it can be properly cleaned and operated.
+ Use of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices.
+ Restock and replenish supplies as appropriate.
+ Perform general maintenance.
**Total Rewards:**

Role & Responsibilities:
Maintain an excellent customer service relationship
Work with the maintenance team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times
Inspect exterior grounds and buildings, including breezeways daily
Pick up trash on grounds
Run trash compactor daily, including weekends as scheduled
Clean mailbox area daily
Water flowers, plants, and shrubs as needed
Perform swimming pool maintenance/cleaning as needed
Maintain accurate swimming pool chemical records, according to state and local requirements
Pick up trash, straighten and wipe down furniture in the pool area
Assist in the daily upkeep and cleanliness of office, clubhouse, and amenity areas
Responsible for maximizing curb appeal
Check and replace light bulbs as needed
Maintain painting of curbs and speed bumps
Sweep, blow, and or pressure wash breezeways, parking lots, and common areas
Keep storm drains free of debris
Deliver and/or post correspondence, newsletters, and flyers

Qualifications
No specific level of education is required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Activities. Position requires employees to be able to use general cleaning equipment and tools included but not limited to: hand tools, paint equipment, ladders, cleaning chemicals, vacuums, blowers, and hoses
Requires lifting and moving of up to 75 pounds when lifting trash bags and grounds-keeping equipment as well as when assisting maintenance personnel with essential maintenance tasks, including but not limited to installing outside air conditioning units.
Position requires frequent bending and/or stooping when removing debris and trash from property grounds and performing other grounds-keeping and maintenance tasks.
Requires the use of ladders and stepladders to access equipment and when assisting maintenance personnel with essential maintenance tasks.

Overview:
The Dining Services Porter keeps the kitchen running smoothly by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment to meet sanitation standards. They also maintain floor cleanliness, handle trash removal, and organize storage. The Porter supports the Culinary Team as needed and assists with receiving food and supply deliveries.
What you'll do:
Cleaning and sanitizing of all meal preparation areas as well as kitchen walls, stoves, sinks, ovens and grills.
Washing dirty dishes, cutting boards, utensils and cooking equipment.
Ensuring that food mixers, slicers and other cooking equipment are in good working order.
Ensuring that refrigerators, freezers and storage areas are clean and well organized.
Assisting culinary team with basic food preparation, which includes washing, peeling, and cutting meal ingredients as instructed by supervisor/manager.
Responsible for set up, cleaning and break down of the dish machine, pot & pans area, washing of dishes, glasses and small wares.
Responsible for sweeping and mopping floors as directed and scheduled.
Emptying, re-lining and washing garbage cans as required.
What it takes:
Prior experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant, nursing home, or retirement community serving older adults is helpful, but not required
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
