The evening custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in assigned areas throughout the evening. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, students, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while responding to various facility needs as they arise. Responsibilities * Clean and restock restrooms throughout the evening (includes wiping down surfaces, and refilling soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper, as needed). * Regularly clean and maintain common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and break rooms. * Spot clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces as needed. * Collect and dispose of trash from bins in common areas, offices, and restrooms.
