ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Provide assistance to guests as needed.
Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of the pool and surrounding areas.
Ensure that all pool equipment is in working order.

We pay out $20/man-hr. part-time to start and working up to $30/man-hr. full-time, for a cleaning production rate of 2000 square ft., per hour. You can earn more per hour by becoming more proficient and efficient in your cleaning rate as you learn the account, while delivering impeccable cleaning results with virtually no client complaints. Job Description:
The role of the Independent Cleaning Contractor (IC) is to be responsible for hands-on cleaning at commercial accounts, and once the account is mastered, assist in the management and supervision of the daily operations of any new cleaning staff you may train and bring on board; and to perform the duties of cleaners in their absence.
Additionally, if you possess sales skills, we will offer you the opportunity to assist with prospective client visits, performing a walkthrough of their facility, and estimation of cleaning production time and materials for that location.
The IC will assure efficient operations to meet the needs of clients. This opportunity requires the use of independent judgment to deal with any unanticipated challenges or concerns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Learn the account requirements and ensure proper work coverage. Works as an Independent contractor (IC) demonstrating ability to perform work scope. This may include, but is not limited to: trash removal, dusting, disinfecting, mopping, sweeping, backpack carpet vacuuming, servicing restrooms, client supply inventory management, window washing, carpet cleaning, mechanical scrubber, cleaning production rate estimation, etc.
Find and define problems, resolve issues, and use these in making appropriate recommendations to 360clean office staff, cleaning staff, and/or customer contact to exercise continuous quality improvement.
Addresses customer concerns and inquiries and reports any new or changing job/work orders.
Ensure approved supply and equipment is provided (must have own equipment and cleaning chemicals) and ensures proper usage and keeps tools in good repair. Maintains backpack vacuum cleaner, mop/bucket, launders mop heads and microfiber cloths.
Ensures appropriate chemical labeling, dilution, and storage requirements are conducted in accordance with company, customer and OSHA standards.
On the job training for helper cleaners to job-specific tasks.
Participates in ensuring effective communication and distribution of information to customers and helper cleaners.
Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies, customer's rules and regulations and applicable laws when needed.
Assists with administrative tasks involving custodial personnel and facilities as directed.
Coordinates, assigns and inspects the work of assigned custodial staff, including regular review and revisions of custodial task assignment sheets. Provides guidance and training as needed.
Coordinates regular and substitute cleaning team member staff coverage.
Develops and implements 360clean JaniMed custodial cleaning procedures, routines and training as necessary. Assesses efficiency of cleaning procedures and institutes new or revised procedures to increase efficiency, effectiveness, safety, and best customer service practices.
Resolves customer complaints while ensuring management is kept informed while also attending on-site customer visits or meetings to discuss customer complaints.
Independently recruits and screens job applicants, as helpers and working up to additional Independent Cleaners.
Performs routine safety checks and preventative maintenance of his or her equipment.
Completes weekly and monthly safety checks for all cleaners, ensures helpers/cleaners understand all training.
As the IC, responsible for seeing that all cleaners have the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and that cleaners are utilizing the correct PPE in the performance of duties.
Independently maintains inventory of janitorial supply products, such as paper and soap.
Performs the duties of the cleaning team members in their absence.
Isn't afraid of a feather duster.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License
Minimum 1 - 3 years Commerical Cleaning or Cleaning Supervisor experience. Medical Facility or Hospital Cleaning experience is a PLUS.
Must pass a background check
Must have the ability to work unsupervised, and check your own work
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, sales skills are a plus
