The Compensation Manager plays a key role in carrying out the strategy and vision of Polaris' compensation philosophy and supporting our evolving business needs. Responsibilities include design, consultation, and administration of broad-based compensation programs for US and international locations. The position drives annual compensation processes including compensation planning and market pricing, in addition to special projects throughout the year. This role provides global support, guidance, and analytics on total compensation packages that help Polaris attract, retain, motivate and reward the talent needed to carry out its strategic agenda. By working closely with the business, staying apprised of new and evolving total rewards and compensation market trends, the Compensation Manager develops viable solutions for Polaris to remain competitive and compliant in all pay practices.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compensation Consultation:
• Establish relationships within HR & the business and leverage resources to develop and implement practical compensation solutions aligned to the strategic priorities of the business, as well as provide consultation on industry best practices
• Monitor trends in the competitive market and ensure both design and pay level opportunities allow the attraction and retention of high performers/key talent
• Provide advice and support to HR Business Partners on questions of policy and interpretation of plans
• Maintain strong pulse check on client groups' needs, anticipate issues and provide suggestions proactively
Lead Annual Compensation Processes:
• Lead the execution of annual compensation planning (merit, bonus and equity) and market pricing processes
• Steer the company stock plan administration and ESPP programs
• Contribute to compensation dashboard development, automation and process improvements to provide accurate information to stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with the HRIS team on systems, requirements, tools and reports
Special Projects as assigned:
• Global, cross-functional, rewards and HR related projects that are broad in scope and may require learning-on-the-fly
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
• B.A. /B.S. in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, etc.
• Certificate from WorldatWork in Certified Compensation Professional, Executive Compensation, Benefits, Compensation a plus
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience in rapidly changing environments.
• Manufacturing experience desired
• International experience a plus

The pay range for Minnesota is $106,800 to $137,000 per year. Individual salaries are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.

The Sourcing Specialist I position is an essential role in the sourcing department. The Sourcing Specialist I position is an anchor point in the commodity team to ensure optimization of material flow into Toro's manufacturing sites. The role works closely with the operational planning group, inventory analysis, supplier quality and their commodity team. What Will You Do?

* Maintain the supplier relationship through excellent communication to ensure the supplier has alignment with ISC's goals.
* Understand, and support the category specific strategy. Understand how category strategy connects to ISC strategy.
* Support Sourcing Specialist and Category Manager in long term cost control strategies to fit specific strategic supplier partnerships and commodities.
* Support lead time maintenance and reduction

* Support multiple areas of the parts procurement process within TTC's MRP/ERP system.

* Support TTC's Digital Transformation objectives.
* Assist with the gathering of requested information for Total Cost of Ownership analysis to support the Category Team.
* Support the deviation from specification (DFS) requests from suppliers. Assist supplier quality engineer when needed.
* Ensures engineering change notices (ECN's) are completed timely.
* Ability to troubleshoot routine issues that arise in moderately complex situations.

Job Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Auditing----Audit various process characteristics per specification plans, may include but is not limited to: Receiving/Shipping inspection of raw materials, WIP, Quarantined inventory, Re-worked components or assemblies, Finish Goods audits.
Perform sort of non-conforming materials as required by using AS400/MAPCIS system.
Prepare RMO's, shipping orders and order supplies for QA Lab as necessary.
PPAP---Assist in Verification of materials and parts, assuring that they meet written specifications within established tolerances by using QMS Reliance PPAP.
Work with measuring and production tools and maintain quality inspection equipment as necessary.
Training---Cross train in other quality positions to back-up or assist other quality personnel as necessary.
Challenge nonconforming product using proper chain of command and hold tag procedures. Provide help with rework projects as the quality inspector for all completed rework.
Maintain or input quality data/files as required. May include but is not limited to: MRB QMS sheets, QA files, PPAP, Audit results, FAIR's, RMO's, Deviations, DPU, FTQ, IPP100
Communicate to appropriate personnel any necessary issues, findings, etc.
Provide input into improving existing inspection procedures and actively participate in the PCI process.
Work in safe and healthy manner, strictly following all safety rules and regulations.
Perform duties outside assigned area, as required.
Make necessary recommendations for process improvements.
Communicate with multiple suppliers
Support departments as needed to identify, contain, and resolve product and component issues. Report on issues and progress to Quality Engineer and others as appropriate.
Perform dimensional verifications on all in-house and vendor components utilizing various measuring devices including but not limited to: Calipers, micrometers, height gauges, White light scanner, Hardness Tester.
Perform geometric measurements on components utilizing measuring devices and be able to interpret output data.
Facilitate Supplier component qualifications through the QMS/Reliance system.
Execute dimensional verification on components or product using other means of dimensional verification such as CAD and digitizing techniques.
Perform work assignments per supervisor's instruction and work schedule.
Assist supervisor in meeting departmental work schedules and company quality standards.
Maintain OSHA compliance and corporate safety standards within department and company.
Maintain current technical skills on all technical measuring devices as required.

Summary

Performs detailed studies and design of vehicle electrical systems according to the Level 2 Vehicle Specification, with emphasis on safety, reliability, and cost

Schedules appropriate Peer Team Reviews including harness routing reviews. Provides electrical schematic(s)
Participates in component placement and design reviews for engine/chassis systems and is responsible for ensuring the designs meet electrical system requirements
Leads design FMEA and Hazard and Risk Analysis efforts for off-road electrical systems supported
Supports pre-production and production vehicle builds as part of development
Interacts with purchasing, testing, manufacturing, and external suppliers as needed for the successful completion of projects

Polaris is seeking a Validation Engineer to work within the Vehicle Electronics and Software (VES) Organization with an emphasis on RIDE COMMAND Validation. The candidate will be responsible for working with both internal and external partners to develop plans, setup and execute validation tests. Coordinating test execution with component systems leads and program managers.

Able to create and maintain the test bench setups and simulation scripts.
Participate in HARA/DFMEA and Functional Safety discussions as applicable.
Engage in activities such as failure investigations, root cause analysis, implementation of corrective actions, and lessons learned, and consequently update design standards.
Interface internally with cross-functional Polaris Teams as needed to ensure that sub-system validation is met and to align release schedules.
Analyze and review hardware/software requirements and provide review comments on unclear requirements.

Through the lens of brand strategy, brand character and Portfolio refinement you will generate concepts in both 2D and 3D proposals that renew existing Polaris entries and discover new segments of mobility that will grow the brand. You will collaboratively refine ideas as you receive feedback and coordinate with the work of other design team members and collaborate with multiple partners to achieve design goals. You will follow design process from the initial research, story creation & sketch form to the final release clay model. Job Responsibilities
* Create unique interior & exterior designs and concepts for Advanced & Production vehicles and other mobility products through sketches as well as digitally through the use of 2D and 3D technology
* Interpret industry trends and insights into actionable storytelling and design solutions
* Work closely with Product planners to help interpret customer needs and insights into desirable compelling portfolio solutions
* Collaborate frequently with the design team, sculpting organization, engineering and fabrication teams in the development of new designs
* Have a big-picture perspective on customer needs and future transportation scenarios and create provocative concepts and designs using insights and research collected as a team and individually
* Provide insight and recommendations to leadership while possessing willingness to receive guidance and direction
* Maintain knowledge of current design trends and technology. Present ideas frequently to management and leadership to communicate design ideas
* Work closely with Architectural Engineers, UX & HFE teams to create new platforms and vehicle architectures with an influencing Design voice
* Exhibit passion, courage and a willingness to challenge expectations and be fearless in exploring the future
Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
* Bachelor's Degree in Design (Automotive, Transportation, Industrial Design)
* 6+ years of professional experience in a design related field, automotive, transportation, powersports, is strongly desired
* Strong understanding of form and excellent drawing skills
* Great communication & storytelling skills
* Proven creative proficiency
* Demonstrated ability with electronic tools to communicate 2-D ideations
* Ability to work independently and within a team as well as provide mentoring to others
* Please note, you must submit a Portfolio to be considered for this position - please make sure that you have several series of sketches and ideations
The pay range for Minnesota is $105,000 to $135,000 per year. Individual salaries are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
