About the Opportunity What You'll Do Under the general supervision of the Mechanical/Plumbing Manager, the Plumber is responsible for the maintenance, installation, and repair of plumbing systems to ensure their safe and efficient operation across campus facilities. Perform installation, troubleshooting, and servicing of plumbing systems, including pumps, fixtures, expansion joints, hot water heaters, radiators, drainage systems, and non-potable water lines in compliance with plumbing and NFPA codes. Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, garbage disposals, dishwashers, backflow preventers, sewer ejectors, and sump pumps to ensure proper operation of water, air, gas, and waste distribution systems.
