Handles the following plumbing repairs: stoppages/cabling, pumping and backflow testing/repair/replacement, fixture install/replacement and general troubleshooting or repair, domestic water/sewer or storm water leak/repair, fixture rough-in, pump replacement/repair, leak locating/line tracing, hydro jetting and camera.
Responsible for water heater troubleshooting/replacement/maintenance and boiler maintenance.
Safely drives a motor vehicle and trailer as evidenced by past driving performance record. Meets requirements of company vehicle driving policy, and adheres to all company safety requirements.
Completes documentation of invoicing data based on hours worked and materials/equipment used to complete the service.
Maintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on service vehicle.
Purchases materials and issues purchase order numbers to suppliers.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Two-year technical degree in related field is preferred.
Must possess Journeyman License as required by the position.
5+ years of experience

Duties and Responsibilities
Unload and load furniture, product, equipment or supplies.
Assist in loading and securing all moving equipment necessary for the job in truck/van.
Load and unload of warehouse storage vaults, general warehouse work, and packing material salvage.
Carefully wrap furniture in residence or office, wrap fixtures with pads to prevent damage, shrink wrap all upholstered furniture.
Learn to eventually prepare inventories for international, interstate, intrastate, and storage.
Pad, stack, and secure items in position on van/truck/vault to prevent damage during transport.
Load and unload truck/van/vault with or without assistance of help by hand or by use of hand-truck, two-wheel dolly, four-wheeled cart, or other special handling equipment.
Assist in preparation of destination residence/office for delivery of goods.
Place rug runners and door jam protectors in place, sweep front porch, steps and drive-in pathway to residence/office to remove debris. Install driveway protection under vehicle engine.
Place and arrange furniture to customer's specifications and satisfaction.
May need to reassemble some furniture or shelving.
Assist in ensuring that equipment is accounted for and all debris is removed from residence/office.
