This position leads and directs plumbing work within Collin County, and serves as a mentor to Building Maintenance Tech I and II positions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assembling, installing, maintaining and pressure testing all pipes, fittings and fixtures, determining sources of plumbing malfunctions and completing repairs according to work orders. Installing and repairing pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures and plumbing system equipment, including sinks, commodes, water heaters, and water softeners.
