Job Responsibilities : + Assist with the performance of routine service and maintenance of fire sprinkler/standpipe systems and related equipment. + Replace painted fire sprinkler heads, replace portions of corroded fire sprinkler piping, perform small TI's modifications, repair fire sprinkler leaks, recharge antifreeze, reset & troubleshoot dry valves, changeout gauge packs, replace drain valves. + Operate Rigid power machine and thread and groove pipe. + Accurately complete and return all field paperwork on time. + Interface with customers to explain work to be performed, answer their questions, and address their concerns in a knowledgeable and respectful manner. + Provide accurate and complete information on reports + Manage time including time on the job as well as time on road to job sites. Job Requirements: + 5+ years' experience servicing, maintaining fire sprinkler systems. + Must possess a valid drivers' license in addition to a good driving record.
