May weld holding fixtures to steel structural members. · Maintain and/or test backflow prevention devices. · May assist other trades in basic carpentry and other basic construction/maintenance tasks. · May direct and coordinate activities of other workers in performing tasks directly related to operating and maintaining the system or systems. · Performs routine to general maintenance services including painting, equipment repair, grounds keeping, and snow removal. · Performs repairs on a variety of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical, building systems, and other critical systems. · Since Plumbers, usually work on their own, it is vital they be self-motivated, hardworking, and dependable. · Maintaining current plumber license or identification card to meet governmental regulations. · Maintain a safe and secure working environment. · Maintain and create Activity Hazard Analysis · Keep records of all maintenance and repair work conducted. · Assist others as part of the maintenance team as required. · Perform other duties as assigned which may include Safety and Quality Control which may require additional training.
