    E&E Foods is in search of a Plumber at our Coffee Point salmon processing plant in Egegik, AK. The key responsibility for this position includes performing a variety of plumbing projects, ranging from domestic repairs to commercial installs, and everything in between. The scope of projects includes potable water, sanitary drainage, stormwater drainage, and plumbed infrastructure designed to carry and transport salmon. These projects are completed using a variety of plumbing materials and equipment. This position requires operating in a remote camp with limited access to bringing in new supplies mid-season. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize and tackle a variety of plumbing projects and unexpected repairs simultaneously, while being able to creatively problem-solve effectively with the tools and supplies on hand. A can-do attitude is key to the candidate's success in this position. Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Have experience working with all plumbing materials including HDPE, PVC, Pex, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and copper (sizes ranging from 1/2” to 12”). 2. Forklift experience to assist in transporting materials for repair and maintenance. 3. Perform emergency repair of domestic and production water/drainage infrastructure. 4. Identify improvements and diagnose problem areas within the plumbing. 5. Assist in opening and winterizing all water and septic lines pre/post-season. 6. Perform minor carpentry when necessary to access worksite. 7. Responsible for a variety of hand and power tools. 8. Follows all company safety policies and procedures.
