Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, commodes, bathtubs, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposal units, dishwashers, and water softeners. Repairs and maintains plumbing by replacing washers in leaky faucets, mending burst pipes, and opening clogged drains. May weld holding fixtures to steel structural members. May perform other duties as assigned. Operating with candor, integrity, and professionalism in all 7G Distributing, LLC interfaces. Day Warehouse Job Functions: Unload product from Suppliers, complete receiving paperwork, deliver the paperwork to accounting, and put away received products as directed by management, Load product onto trucks for delivery drivers, hot shots, and dunnage returns, Transfer product from one pick location to another pick location, Delivery: check in and check out of drivers, reload drivers, and rearrange loaded trucks Sales: pulling sales deliveries for same day delivery and hot shots, Stage product for next day delivery and hot shots, Complete a physical inventory count daily and deliver paperwork to the Operations Manager, Repack damaged product as needed. Picker Job Functions: Accurately pick/count cases of product and put on pallets, making sure the right product is on the correct pallet and pallet is stable, Attach completed pick sheets on the right pallet, Work to maintain the cases per hour goal, Participate in nightly clean-up as well as general maintenance duties assigned by the Night Warehouse Supervisor., Properly position delivery trucks for loading and secure the delivery truck, Prepare warehouse readiness for day crew, Restock flow racks and pick areas as required. Delivery Job Functions: Put away the delivery and rotate customer's stock according to 7G Distributing, LLC and Customers guidelines, Collect all monies due according to 7G Distributing, LLC policies, Check the delivery truck in the morning according to the DOT requirements., Report immediately to the Operations Manager /Fleet Manager any necessary repairs or maintenance of your vehicle, Properly fill out your post trip inspection reports, Follow check out procedures in the morning and check in procedures at the end of the day i.e. count the kegs and pallets to make sure they were accurately pulled each morning before leaving the warehouse. Inspect each load to insure it has been loaded to prevent damage to the product, Address customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner. Ensure the complaint is directed to the proper channel and the Delivery Manager in a timely manner, Check in product with Store Manager or Receiver, following store policy, Sign the delivery ticket along with the retailer, Count your product load in each day with a warehouse associate to make sure both counts are products are accurate and complete and sign the load sheet in, Complete all paperwork correctly and timely during check in: invoice summary, load sheet, check reconciliation, damage, returns, etc, Clean truck and trailer at end of day, Merchandiser Job Functions: Merchandise the complete product line in all assigned accounts Improve sales of all 7G products by building displays and placing POS materials according to 7G Distributing, Supplier and retailer guidelines Ensure that product is rotated per the 7G Distributing rotation policies and procedures Maintain a “Fresh” look to POS ensuring all POS is current, clean and in working order Complete daily merchandising worksheets, examining and disclosing all out-of-stocks, shelf-outs and time spent merchandising accounts Adhere to all Iowa ABD regulations Combined Job Functions: Adheres to strict safe working practices, 7G Distributing, LLC policies, rules and regulations. Report to the Warehouse Supervisor any concerns or deficiencies in policy or procedures that require attention immediately, Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, compactor, baler, walk behind and ride-on scrubbers, tape machine, glue gun, air stapler, and shrink wrap machine and complete equipment checklist daily, Maintain certifications for forklifts and electric pallet jacks operation, Maintain security of the inventory and other 7G property, Ensure the warehouse is clean and orderly, Ensure no beer is left outside the CEW, Complete all OSHA- and 7G Distributing, LLC-required safety training, Complete other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
