Primary Function:

* Tests piping system for leaks by increasing pressure in pipes and observing gauges attached to pipes for indication of leaks.

Responsibilities:
* Sell plumbing products to new and existing customers by building and maintaining customer relationships.
* Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems used for water distribution and wastewater disposal in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.
* Determine source of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders
* Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean
* Respond to emergency situations, make recommendations and perform required repairs
* Review building plan and specifications to determine the layout for plumbing and related materials.
* Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures, install supports and hangers, assemble and install valves and fittings, and test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks.
* Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
* Keep your company truck clean (inside and out), maintain inventory, and properly complete paperwork.
* Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
