Job Summary:
This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing plumbing systems and equipment. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of plumbing experience, strong technical knowledge, and a proactive mindset. This is an essential position that plays a vital role in keeping the grounds safe, operational, and up to the highest standards of performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform repair, maintenance, and installation of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure plumbing systems are functioning efficiently.
Test and calibrate plumbing components such as pressure regulators, backflow preventers, and pumps.
Clean and maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
Complete work orders in a timely manner using the CMMS system, accurately recording labor hours, materials used, and details of work performed.
Assist in maintaining accurate internal records and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and operational efficiency.
Monitor schedules and productivity levels, reporting any discrepancies or potential issues to supervisors.
Support new equipment installations by ensuring proper plumbing connections and maintenance schedules are established.
