This position must serve as an expert in the plumbing field from minor repairs to complex repairs and reconfiguration of water lines. Candidates must have the knowledge necessary to understand basic operational, technical, or office processes. Must have knowledge of plumbing codes and safety in the plumbing trade. Must have over three years of experience in building maintenance and five years of plumbing work. Must have at least six months of advanced study or training past the high school equivalency. Must possess and maintain a valid Texas Operator's Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. Must also possess a Master Plumber License.
