Performs cleaning and maintenance of equipment, tools, materials, and vehicles utilized per work site; ensures adherence to principles and practices of safe equipment use and operation. Coordinates assigned work orders in a manner to minimize disruption in routine district activities, to include planning complex and long term projects during non-operating hours and vacation schedules. Responds to emergency or critical incidents in order to confine, resolve, and/or prevent flooding or other hazardous conditions. Responsible for keeping up to date on current technology, as job appropriate, being used by OCPS. With the support of the district, attends training to ensure skill level in various technologies is at the level required to perform in current position.
