They will support the Corporate Controller in financial management, reporting, and compliance tasks such as preparing financial statements, overseeing accounting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting in strategic financial decision making. Key Job Accountabilities: Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of SEC filings, including Forms 8-K, 10-K, 10-Q, and 11-K. Establish efficient processes and systems to track and report status of initiatives to include resources, projects, savings, etc. Lead development and adoption of process performance monitors to achieve takt time. * Serve as primary escalation point for engineering activities to ensure that appropriate site, regional, and corporate resources are appropriately leveraged. Manage issues to achieve root cause identification and regional deployment of systemic corrective actions. * Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential. Education/Experience Qualifications: * A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required * Ten (10) years of related experience is required * General Knowledge of ISO 9000, AS9100, TL9000, ISO 13485, FDA GMP Quality System Requirements, through training or hands on experience is necessary for success in this role * Black Belt certification is preferred Travel Requirements: * Typically about 25%.
