Facilities and Plant Maintenance Technician II Overall Summary of Job Preventative and routine maintenance of the primary and support equipment and facilities used to repair and manufacture products. Manage projects used for process improvement, development and shop support. Essential Functions Performs preventive maintenance on CNC and manual machining equipment ( lathes , mills and grinders ) , plunge and wire EDM , vacuum/atmosphere furnaces , thermal spray equipment and various other plant machinery and equipment. Performs electrical maintenance, repair work, and troubleshooting on equipment. Installs equipment for new electrical services (120v, 240v, and 480v three phase), including wiring, conduit, panels, breakers, contactors, relays, times and controls for various plant machinery. Operates a variety of standard power tools and equipment. Maintains records and logs, as needed. Guidance and direction will come from experienced maintenance Leads. Performs related duties as needed or assigned.
