Key Accountabilities:
Purchase Order & Inventory Management
Utilize company tools to analyze, recommend, and execute inventory optimization opportunities based on historical trends and customer forecasts.
Process purchase orders; act as a liaison between the employees of Berlin Packaging and its suppliers.
Confirm, follow up, and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery.
Resolve discrepancies and/or issues as they occur during the purchase order cycle.
Resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.
Manage and schedule transportation needs.
Support management of inter-unit stock requests and transfer entries.

Partner with Logistics Coordinators to determine most cost-effective inventory movement options.
