RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collects weekly status from staff and consolidate into main report.
Develops or update functional or operational manuals outlining established methods of performing work in accordance with organizational policy.
Provides support to the logistics function preparing logistics documentation to establish the range and depth of spares, material, test equipment and related manuals to be deployed and stocked.
Determines maintenance and repair materials required for deployment.
Develops requisitions for and manages records of material, components, repair parts and related manuals.
Tracks logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of storage facilities.

As part of the firm's commitment to licensure and professional development, Gensler offers reimbursement for certain professional licenses and associated renewals and exam fees.
