Lockheed Martin Space in Highlands Ranch, CO Integrated Capture Planner V to support the Lockheed Martin Space Technology Development and New Business Capture ecosystem. Reporting through the Enterprise Performance organization, this role serves as a key integrator of new business and new technology strategy and knowledge across the Development and Operational functions of the company. By understanding our New Business and Technology strategies and roadmaps, you will be able to efficiently disseminate and gather key information and consensus across the supporting organizations, bring the right operational resources to bear at the right time to increase Win Percentage and a Start Green, Stay Green posture on new program start-ups.
In this role, you will:
• Be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders in our Business Development organization, as well as with the Product Center, and Line of Business Stakeholders to bring our Enterprise Performance resources to bear seamlessly in support of Capture and Proposal efforts
• Help refine the Capture through Win CONOPS, develop best practices for communication, staffing, and proposal support and development for Enterprise Performance
• Utilize our Enterprise Planning resources and information systems to foster an integrated proposal development, program win and start-up approach, and lead our functional support teams to the best possible new business submittals
Our level 5 employees typically have 15-20 years of experience.
Although this position does support some teleworking, the selected candidate will be located near our Highlands Ranch, CO facility and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate on a 9x80 schedule.

Basic Qualifications

PRIMARY DUTIES - RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the Generative AI and LLMS Test Planner for the GAIMI Quick Reaction Test (QRT) project, designed to develop and test tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) that capture the use, maintenance, and mix of Generative Artificial Intelligence in Large Language Models (LLMs) to help the DOD staff structure with more accurate and efficient queries
Advise and assist the GAIMI QRT Contract Project Manager (PM) and Government Test Director and the contract team in the planning, development, and execution of all contract deliverables CDRLs IAW the JT-E Handbook and the GAIMI QRT performance work statement
Responsible for the development of the project plan, test planning to include test venue coordination, Risk Reduction Events, Detailed Test Plan, Test Events, test analysis and reports
Assist the PM, Test Director and contract team with the team-s TTP development efforts to include research, hosting writing groups and Joint Warfighters Advisory Groups (JWAGs)
Other responsibilities include assisting with the team-s test product (TTP) transitions, and final out briefings of the test project-s findings, conclusions, and recommendations to senior leadership

Summary:
The Open Space Planner will work collaboratively across multi-functional teams to develop innovative and strategic land management solutions for small to moderate scale planning projects. Working with other staff, City departments, regional partners, and community members this position plays a pivotal role in integrating policy guiding the stewardship of natural, cultural, scenic, agricultural and recreational land management. Consensus building is a key function, as is project management for a wide range of planning projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages and coordinates small to moderate scale OSMP planning and design projects.
* Coordinates and leads the development or updating of system-wide plans, area, and site-plans.
* Develops recommendations in accordance with city practices and priorities, and plan commitments.
* Develops and leads inclusive staff and community engagement opportunities.
* Makes recommendations to support the advancement and integration of all open space policy including policy around ecosystem health and resilience, agriculture, responsible recreation, stewardship and enjoyment, community connections, education and inclusion, and financial sustainability.
* Presents and recommends to boards and council.
Assist with the development of and provide support to Complex or large OSMP Planning and Design Projects:
* Coordinates or leads select plan components within a complex or large project.
* Researches, compiles, organizes, and analyzes data and information for projects.
* Develops deliverables such as reports, posters, presentation and other documents.
* Organizes, analyzes, tracks and reports on staff, stakeholder and community comments.
* Participates or facilitates public or staff workshops and meetings or other community engagement efforts.
City-wide and regional planning:
* Serves as a liaison and departmental representative to local and regional government agencies and serve as departmental project manager for local and regional planning initiatives and projects, including among other things regional trails and comprehensive planning.

Essential Functions:
Obtains oral or written permission/notification from property owner, municipal, business to trim, remove or apply herbicide to trees. Secures appropriate permits when necessary. Arranges with customer or property owner to obtain access and advises of any interruption if applicable. Explains work to be done and sets timelines.
Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of all records and reports related to permission/notification from customer/home owner to General Foreperson and crew personnel.
Plans and lays out work for crew members. Considers factors such as the ability to get power equipment to locations, time required to complete work, clean-up time, equipment available, weather conditions and special instructions by customers/homeowners.
Has an understanding and follow all applicable work methods pertaining to line clearance work.
Inspects right of ways to assess vegetation conditions and determine required maintenance.
Responds to questions and concerns regarding work specifications and requirements.
Inspects work completed by crew/contractors for compliance and utility specifications.
Assists in the management of crew/contractors during storm restoration operations.
Provides support and assistance on special projects as assigned by the utility.

Minimum Requirements:
Has a minimum of 4 years' experience working on tree trimming or clearing crews and/or has successfully completed applicable performance reviews.

Has a basic knowledge of trees, including identification, growth habits and correct arboricultural techniques for the trimming, pruning, repairing, maintaining and removing, as applies to working in close proximity to energized conductors.

Has a basic knowledge of electrical circuit and must be skilled in the reading and understanding of circuit maps.
