Position Summary:
The Media Planner role requires a motivated and detail-oriented individual who loves media strategies and bring to life the details that will bring success to our client's objectives. Send RFPs, collect, and organize proposals, saving down to drive. Work with planning team on RFP's, briefs, existing and new client media plans
Evaluate partner selection in consideration of marketplace and strategy
Participate in client strategy discussions and new plan presentations
Manage digital vendor relationships (setting up 101 meetings, navigating reach outs for planning departments time)
Stay updated on emerging media trends, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness, across media channels and platforms.
Provide insights and recommendations on new opportunities, platforms, and innovations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with media vendors, staying informed of new opportunities and negotiating advantageous partnerships.
Work closely with vendors and agencies to coordinate campaign execution and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Prepare and present media plans, reports, and insights to internal teams, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Requirements:

Conducts SEPA review of project proposals including various land use and building permit applications and code revisions.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience:

STATEMENT OF ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
1. Coordinates and participates in the development and administration of public works plans; identifies information required, chooses data collection methods, collects and analyzes data; formulates and recommends options and solutions; develops plan alternatives; prepares analyses, proposals, cost estimates, and reports; conducts special studies, projects and forecasts; solicits departmental and citizen involvement and input; and prepares recommendations for Planning Commission and County Council review.
2. In coordination with other divisions' staff, work on requests for proposals for professional services, monitors budgets and maintains status reports on capital construction projects.
3. Prepares timelines and scheduling for capital construction projects in coordination with Public Works staff, and contractors.
