The path to becoming a Financial Planner begins with the Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase, during which you will study towards obtaining the required FINRA and resident state licenses, with the cost of fees and exam study materials from approved vendors covered by the Company. Upon successful completion of the Pre-Contract Affiliate phase, should you receive and accept an offer to commence part-time employment as a CDP Contract Associate, compensation is initially expected to be $15/hour (or your city/state's applicable minimum wage if higher than $15/hr). Summary
The Park Planner is responsible for coordinating activities of a park planning team and for providing cultural and/or scientific information to planning teams in area of expertise. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.
Functions
Evaluates potential park site for development suitability by visiting site to research geological, biological, environmental, demographic, botanical, and other scientific and cultural aspects of site and by obtaining expert information from planning team members. Leads planning team meetings to analyze data, discuss findings, discuss project alternatives, determine project feasibility, and coordinate project activities. Prepares project feasibility studies and capital improvement plans describing project, needs assessments, priorities, personnel requirements, and projected project costs and submits to supervisor. Prepares construction plans, specifications, and blueprints. Prepares and tracks project budgets, writes grant requests, and works with team members to prepare contract bid specifications and award contracts. Coordinates and inspects project construction/renovation to ensure contractual compliance and for compatibility with overall project plans. Prepares park master plans by coordinating and synthesizing team member information including long and short-range development priorities, site plans, interpretive and resource management plans, environmental analysis, landscape plans, and historic structure/archeological analyses. Conducts specialized studies in area of expertise when acting as planning team member. Prepares and submits reports, conducts meetings and public hearings on projects, and attends various seminars and conferences in specialty area. Performs other duties as assigned.

Tracking KPIs weekly, monthly, quarterly and defining action plans with in-country teams to ensure improvement or sustaining target KPIs. This role will be responsible for pulling and analyzing data from Hershey (S4H) and customer's (retail link, luminate, etc.) reporting software and building compelling stories using data and power point slides. This role will sit on the Walmart International Supplier Collaboration Board along with ensuring in-country teams are actively participating in the ISCRs. This person will be one of the points of contact for Walmart International Supply Chain team and Walmart in-country supply chain leads. This role has a global scope and may require up to 50% travel (internationally) and, at times, working sessions outside of normal business hours. Be a point of contact for Walmart International, Sam's Club International, and Costco International supply chain partners (VP, Director, Manager). * Responsible to support the execution of the customer supply chain strategy as well as supporting business processes, policies, and systems across all international markets. * Aligning joint business plans supply chain KPIs. Establishing and leading key customer meetings (top to tops) with Global Customers and provide direct leadership to in-country supply chain managers to align goals and objectives with the strategic customer supply chain strategy. * In conjunction with the International Sales team leaders, establish and build strong working relationships with supply chain decision makers at strategic customers to drive improved service, lower cost to serve and deliver main KPIs (Case fill rate, On-time In-full, In-stock, Days on Hand). * Will pull data from Hershey and Customer systems, analyze the data, and build power point decks and/or compelling stories to share out in high level meetings and to drive decisions Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) Center of Excellence * As the Center of Excellence for International CPFR, this role/team will be responsible to document all existing processes and benchmark best practices across internal markets or external industries to develop "win-win" opportunities for Hershey, our partners, and our customers (Data repository on the current COE SC Teams Site). * Create reporting such as the Walmart & Sam's Club KPIs monthly tracker to understand the business trends needed to deliver expected service levels across all Global Customers in the International markets. * Will audit Hershey markets to define strategies and goals for in-country teams, ensuring sustained success and/or improved service to our customers. Walmart International Supplier Collaboration Board * Will lead initiatives and be the Hershey representative in the ISCBs alongside the other 19 JBP suppliers. Sharing learnings and insight across our markets, with our SC and cross functional partners. * Will present key learnings during ISCB sessions that include Walmart VP, directors, and managers along with other industry leaders. Skills and Experience: * 3-6 years of experience working in Supply Chain or a related field, and experience in consumer product industry a plus. * Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus * Walmart, Sam's Club, or Costco customer experience * Expert in Excel, PowerPoint and other software applications * Experience with Walmart systems (retail link, luminate, NOVA, Madrid) * Results oriented - able to achieve objectives with little direct supervision * Ability to drive change and communicate across organizations * Demonstrates vision and the skills and knowledge necessary to realize results * Strong problem-solving skills * Prior project leadership experience a plus * Analytical & technical skills to understand the customer's business and apply to set goals/objectives and drive consistent results. * Adjust quickly to varied customer needs in markets and be prepared to change priorities to meet changing demands * Ability to interact with a highly diverse group of people internally within the company as well as externally. * Knowledge of Hershey's sales organizations; distributor experience a plus * Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills Minimum Requirements and Education: Required: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business management, or related field.
