Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Setup Coordination
Plan and oversee the setup of new warehouses, including layout design, equipment procurement, and project timelines.

What You'll Do
Lead research that feeds into comms plans, campaign rollouts, and customer journeys
Create “Get Smart” research documents in support of project kickoffs that help retrace brand behavior, categorical trends, consumer insights, and identify white-space opportunities to inform brand action
Research culturally relevant moments that lead to bespoke brand activation calendars
Identify campaign talent, media outlets, and brand partnership recommendations
Create quickturn risk assessment documents in moments where stakeholders (externally or internally) want to pursue a potentially problematic idea or talent in service of eliminating personal biases and leading with empathy and objectivity
Consistently contribute thought leadership to client partners as well as the agency at large to help inform what's new and what's next (e.g. newsletters, trendspotting, etc.)

Position Summary
The Associate Connections Planner will work to support the Connections Planning team across an exciting roster of clients. This entry-level candidate will work with the Connections team to build and present media recommendations, manage day-to-day media strategy and implementation, and collaborate closely with creative teams to create the best possible execution plan according to the strategic vision for the campaign. This opportunity is fast-moving and requires someone who works well in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. Successful candidates will be self-starters who are eager to learn quickly, find solutions, and take the initiative to execute client asks with excellence. This is a full-time, hybrid position located in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA with two days a week in the office. This will service a client based on the West Coast, so this person will primarily work PST hours.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in development of strategic cross-channel media plans, built with specific clients' goals and KPIs in mind; begin to manage and own individual media plans
Become a platform and process expert for the team via trainings in strategic research tools (MRI/Simmons, GWI, etc.) and planning processes
Oversee development of contracts and insertion orders, with extreme attention to detail
Engage publishers for media kits and rates needed for strategy development
Co-manage the planning, execution, and performance process, including media strategy, RFP process, plan development, and measurement plan and execution
Manage trafficking and Q/A of all digital creative within DCM
Own the publisher billing reconciliation process
Develop and present plan optimization recommendations based on insights

Additional Information
The annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000. The salary an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on factors such as but not limited to: internal compensation of current employees in similar roles, market considerations, budgetary considerations, level of responsibility, background, experience, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus structure.
