As Senior Supply Planner, you will oversee supply planning for North American based manufacturing. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain all finished good and primary component production schedules for a subset of items that will support our production demand requirements

Identify and mitigate supply risks, including disruptions, capacity constraints, and raw material shortages.
Communicate effectively as a liaison between operations, sales, and sr. management on any production issues that affect schedules
Minimize waste and inefficiencies by strategically managing SKU transitions during artwork and formula updates, ensuring timely disposal of obsolete materials
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely launches of new products, adhering to required specifications and distribution plans
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase agility in the end-to-end planning process while eliminating waste
Own and maintain item data accuracy including purchase order dates for all managed items
Requirements

About the Role
Stonefield Engineering and Design is currently recruiting a Project Planner to join the Land Use Planning Team. This is a dynamic position that will offer the opportunity for diverse interaction and rapid growth.
Responsibilities
Review site plans and development applications to identify compliance with and land development regulations and zoning ordinances
Prepare testimony outlines for municipal land use board hearings
Create aerial and land use exhibits for municipal land use board hearings
Assist with the preparation of redevelopment plans and planning reports
Draft and design conceptual site plans using AutoCAD software
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning (or similar equivalent field)
At least 1 year of experience is preferred but not required
Strong writing and communication skills are required to work with project teams including attorneys, architects, engineers, and municipal officials
Self-motivation and ability to work efficiently in teams as well as independently
Desire to be a part of a fast-growing department and explore a wide range of land development topics
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Urban Planning (or similar equivalent field)
1-3 years of experience
AICP and/or PP licensure is a plus
Knowledge of the principals and practices of zoning, Municipal Land Use Law, master planning and redevelopment planning processes in New Jersey
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Ability to represent the firm in municipal land use board hearings

JOB SUMMARY
The New York studio is seeking an experienced Senior Urban Planner/Designer to oversee complex urban design and master planning projects across North America, Middle East and internationally. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, environmental and sustainability focus, and excellent communication and team leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in shaping public spaces, transportation corridors, institutional precincts, and downtown revitalization efforts. Project-specific roles vary but can include leading land-use planning programming and yield strategies, development of framework/guideline implementation plans, local code compliance analysis, street-level urban design studies and sustainability and regenerative design principles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Leadership: Oversee the design, strategy, and delivery of urban planning and master planning projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of architects, planners, and designers.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Technical Expertise: Lead teams using Rhino, Revit, Grasshopper, GIS and Adobe Creative Suite to analyze data and develop compelling visual communications.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
10+ years of experience in urban design, master planning, or related fields.
Advanced degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Professional certifications such as AICP, LEED GA, or ENV SP are preferred.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects in urban environments across North America, MENA and internationally
Strong knowledge of zoning, land-use policies, and sustainability principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders.

Job Description
Position Summary
The Associate Connections Planner will work to support the Connections Planning team across an exciting roster of clients. This entry-level candidate will work with the Connections team to build and present media recommendations, manage day-to-day media strategy and implementation, and collaborate closely with creative teams to create the best possible execution plan according to the strategic vision for the campaign. This opportunity is fast-moving and requires someone who works well in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. Successful candidates will be self-starters who are eager to learn quickly, find solutions, and take the initiative to execute client asks with excellence. This is a full-time, hybrid position located in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA with two days a week in the office. This will service a client based on the West Coast, so this person will primarily work PST hours.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in development of strategic cross-channel media plans, built with specific clients' goals and KPIs in mind; begin to manage and own individual media plans
Become a platform and process expert for the team via trainings in strategic research tools (MRI/Simmons, GWI, etc.) and planning processes
Oversee development of contracts and insertion orders, with extreme attention to detail
Engage publishers for media kits and rates needed for strategy development
Co-manage the planning, execution, and performance process, including media strategy, RFP process, plan development, and measurement plan and execution
Manage trafficking and Q/A of all digital creative within DCM
Own the publisher billing reconciliation process
Develop and present plan optimization recommendations based on insights
Oversee the tracking of account spending and collaborate with Finance to maintain up-to-date billing trackers
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Act as a sponge for industry, cultural, technology, and consumer behavior news
Co-own development of strategic POVs for agency and client roster alongside senior team members
Work with the Analytics team to effectively distill campaign reporting in a digestible format
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
0 - 2 years previous experience in marketing, communication strategy, or media planning (internships or full-time roles)
Voracious curiosity and the ability to make lateral leaps in thinking
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
Analytically strong with proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation capabilities

Additional Information
The annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000. The salary an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on factors such as but not limited to: internal compensation of current employees in similar roles, market considerations, budgetary considerations, level of responsibility, background, experience, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus structure.
