Overview
Responsible for developing relationships with clients and prospective clients to provide comprehensive financial planning and strategies to facilitate the growth of Fulton Financial Advisors. Develops financial plans for the most complex ultra high net worth families, high net worth, individuals and business owners with complex financial challenges in developing financial plans and strategies for complex client circumstances.
This is a hybrid role that will be based out of one of Fulton Bank Central PA locations.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for assisting in the efficient and effective operation of the Advanced Planning Group. Serves as a technical, marketing and developmental resource in matters of estate and financial planning, for prospects and high net worth client relationships. Prepares financial plans, including but not limited to cash flow, investments, insurance, estate planning, tax planning, and retirement planning, for clients and prospects.
* Direct client interaction expected, including presentation of financial plans. Assists more junior planning group employees in planning efforts. Assists in training of new employees. Ensures the efficient and effective operation of the designated area. Providing direction and guidance to direct reports in the more complex phases of their duties and responsibilities.
* Conducts performance appraisals, makes salary review recommendations, responsible for participating in staffing activities such as interviewing, hiring recommendations, employee counseling.
* Retain, expand and broaden existing client relationships by identifying cross sell opportunities for Fulton services and collaborating across Fulton to achieve results. Develop relationships with internal and external centers of influence to facilitate an effective referral network of new prospects. Participates in community and business activities to enhance the image and position of Fulton Bank, N. A. Achieve annual sales goals. Act as a mentor and trainer for Wealth Planners. Act as a technical resource for other Advisors for certain administrative, leadership or management functions as assigned
* Lead the delivery of a consistent and integrated client experience through superior execution against Fulton's value proposition. Achieve consistent delivery of planning to clients and prospects. Coordinate service execution with internal partners to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain client satisfaction. Develop activities and initiatives to retain and expand client relationships and increase fee revenue to Fulton Financial Advisors through planning.
* Ensure assigned accounts are administered within the terms and conditions of the governing account documents. Complete all required reviews and reports in a timely and accurate manner. Review and analyze assigned accounts for their efficient and effective operation. Advising clients, both employee and corporate, concerning the design and administration of assigned accounts.
* Deals with client contacts, and others to maintain their confidence without compromising trust principals or Fulton Bank, N. A. 's fiduciary responsibility. Confers with client contacts to respond to routine and general inquiries concerning trust services, investments and administrative matters, and handles routine problems and requests raised by them while referring problems which exceed authority to superiors.
Qualifications
Education

As an Environmental Professional joining our Environmental Permitting and Planning (EP&P) team, you will have the unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects in the energy, water/wastewater, and transportation sectors, focusing on wetland and natural resources surveys, environmental permitting, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have multi-state experience with Clean Water Act (CWA) permitting, National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) Section 106 compliance, and Endangered Species Act (ESA) Section 7 requirements. A background in managing energy and infrastructure projects with USACE Nationwide Permit (NWP) verifications is preferred.
This position is based in Exton, PA, Princeton, NJ or Hamilton, NJ with a hybrid work option. Travel for fieldwork activities may be required on an occasional basis.
Responsibilities:
Project Management & Permitting: Lead and manage projects involving environmental permitting, including wetland and natural resources surveys, and preparation of CWA Section 404/401 permits, ESA Section 7, and NHPA Section 106 compliance documents.
Regulatory Engagement: Interface with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies to guide projects through the permitting process, ensuring compliance with relevant environmental regulations.
Technical Oversight & Leadership: Oversee the technical work of internal teams and sub-consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project schedules.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and regulatory agencies, providing project updates and ensuring client expectations are met.
Proposal & Report Preparation: Lead the preparation and review of technical reports, proposals, and regulatory submissions.
Subcontractor & Fieldwork Coordination: Manage subcontractors for fieldwork and site investigations, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met in the field.
Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on regulatory processes and technical approaches.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in environmental, Biological, or Ecological Science, Environmental Policy, or a related field.
8+ years in environmental consulting or regulatory agency work, with expertise in environmental permitting and compliance.
Strong experience with CWA Section 401/404 permitting, including USACE NWP PCNs, State Water Quality Certifications, and Wetland/Stream regulations.
Proven knowledge of ESA Section 7 and Section 10 requirements, as well as NHPA Section 106 compliance.
Strong technical writing skills with experience preparing regulatory reports, proposals, and environmental compliance documents.
Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients and regulatory agencies, managing expectations and fostering collaborative relationships.
Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and project teams to deliver high-quality results.
Familiarity with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) processes is preferred.
