Responsibilities
Increasing level of financial planning and investment knowledge through practice and advancing responsibility of planning teams and Wealth Advisors
Completes financial plans, investment reports, tax and estate analysis as requested
Vast majority of time is spent preparing for and in client meetings documenting task items and coordinating client service execution under the Associate Wealth Advisors and/or Wealth Advisor
Data and information gathering
Brings forth observations to Lead Advisors regarding clients
Limited oversight on simple projects and plans
Observing and learning complex planning
Attends networking events and begins to build relationships in the community and with COI peers
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree
CFP certification required
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent team player with strong communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
A proactive approach to work, with the ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion.

The Demand Planner will be responsible for accurately forecasting demand, planning inventory, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and inventory efficiency. DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Forecasting & Demand Planning:

Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer patterns to drive improvements in forecasting accuracy.

Department Purpose:

The PCNA Procurement Group is seeking a procurement professional with expertise primarily in transportation, logistics, supply chain management, and other indirect categories. This role will support the Purchasing Category Manager overseeing these areas. The ideal candidate will have experience managing RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, evaluating supplier proposals, and working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies. Coordinates permitting and pole applications, joint-trenching, and make-ready for utility poles. Repairs and inspects Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC) and/or Fiber networks to maintain construction standards. Ensures HFC/Fiber network readiness for launch or deployment of products.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Provides oversight of construction project to include materials, contract labor, resources, and estimates to include timelines and expected expenses. Primary work will be in support of plant extensions, cable replacements, third party damages, serviceability, repair quality checks, small/medium retail operations, network rebuilds, network relocates and upgrades.
Performs site assessments of proposed construction projects, ensures alternative routing paths, and assesses cost-effective design for construction.
Coordinates all customer implementation activities including site walk-throughs, pre-construction meetings, verification of demarcation point, coordinates access for subcontract labor, and requests private utility information.
Coordinates contractor work, coordinate and/or obtains permits, building access, or ROW agreements where applicable, distributes design prints and other necessary working documents. Negotiates and approves design or construction changes with contractors and/or customers.
Coordinates with public works personnel, developers, customers, building owners, and utilities on projects.
Completes associated tasks within workflow databases and updates schedules.
Estimates construction costs, prepares budgets, manages change orders, approve contractor invoices and tracks expenses.
Participates in managing and estimating revenue forecasts, material planning, capital and expense budgets.
Inspect construction work or coordinate inspection assignments.
Releases addresses as serviceable and notifies other departments of serviceability.
As projects are completed, perform tasks to close tasks in database/tool, reconcile assets, and generate reports to ensure proper closure of project.
Partners with contractors to ensure Cox standards are applied to construction builds.
Participates in BCP, business continuity plan, events as needed.
