You have to work 12 hour shifts you won’t get a raise the whole time we’re there they have the stupid skill base pay that is almost impossible to get raises. You will start as an operator, but still be packing for months before you actually operating a machine. Worked there for almost 2 years and know what I’m talking about.
Mandatory overtime of almost 24 hours a week on top of the 48 hours you already work
Nothing they don’t care about their employees they haven’t given us raises in almost 2 years
I would start carrying more about the employees giving annual raises and better benefits
