Pros of working at Pizza Ranch

I had lots of freedom while working at Pizza Ranch. Scheduling was typically pretty laid back, if there was a set of days that I needed off management was good about making sure that I got it off. It was also awesome getting to eat Pizza Ranch pizza/chicken for free everyday that I worked.

Cons of working at Pizza Ranch

I did not like employees that I worked with. While management was good about getting me days off on the schedule, they were not good at dealing with employees that would show up to work high or drunk. Multiple times I would have to do other's jobs because the individual scheduled for that position was too high/drunk to do their own job.
