Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Associations and Corporate group sales.

Strong collaboration and communication skills across vendor relationships, operations, and food and beverage teams.
Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to anticipate and adapt to industry trends and incorporate new offerings.
Strong negotiation skills.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and ideally, experience with software like Salesforce and Tripleseat.
Comfortable and efficient in a remote work environment, with willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage new clients, accounts, and target markets for Pinstripes locations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with sales and operations to develop strategies that optimize group spend and drive revenue.
Partner with the Sales and Marketing team to represent Pinstripes at trade shows, conventions, and key industry events.
Travel to Pinstripes locations to meet with operational teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring seamless
event execution.

This position requires technical skills to evaluate, troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment. In addition, the Maintenance Technician must possess an awareness and understanding of how to work safely while performing facilities and equipment repairs as well as preventative maintenance on all HVAC systems and walk-in coolers.
Shift - Full Time, Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, some weekends, and rotating “On-Call” duty with other techs
