Pros of working at Pilot Flying J

None, 1 employee generates over $800,000 of revenue, and only makes $30,000 a year! In other words the employee's are considered trash!

Cons of working at Pilot Flying J

No true benefits! You are a throw away! They also don't care their employee's, they prove this everyday! They take advantage of the trucker everyday possible! Their point system is a gimmic, a fraud, and just plain wrong in everyway!!!!

Pilot Flying J Benefits

What perks? What benefits?

What do you like best about Pilot Flying J's CEO and the leadership team?

Absolutely nothing, they are very inconsiderate of any of the employees or their personal issues!!!!

How would you improve Pilot Flying J's culture?

Be respectful of your employees, have an understanding of your employees, take 5 minutes to know your employees, they have names!!! They may have an employee #, but knowing their names shows respect, dummies!!!

How did you prepare for the Pilot Flying J interview?

Quit misleading and lying to them, about benefits. Instead tell them you have to move up in order to receive these things. In other words treat them with respect!!!!
