Program Overview
PSA is one of the first regional airlines to launch its Cadet Program to help the most promising future pilots make a smooth transition from the classroom to the cockpit. The Cadet Program initiative is just one other way PSA Airlines offers the most comprehensive benefits to its pilots. PSA Airlines is the fastest-growing regional airline in the country and with the fastest upgrade time in the industry and a true pilot-flow-through agreement to American, your career as a mainline pilot can start here.
* Your eligibility begins once you complete your Private Pilot Certificate.
* Successfully complete an interview with PSA to become a Cadet in the program.
* Cadets are offered numerous opportunities, including mentorship with airline industry experts and internships.
* Upon completion of your Senior Cadet Interview, you are eligible for tuition reimbursement paid to you as follows:
* $7,500 after the Senior Cadet Interview
* $7,500 at time building (when they are within 500 hours of ATP minimums)
* Total: $15,000
* ATP-CTP Course paid upon reaching ATP/R-ATP minimum flight experience requirements.
* PSA will pay for the ATP-CTP course (valued at $5,000) for qualified candidates needing to complete the ATP written exam prior to new hire training.
* Hotel accommodations and ground transportation during the ATP-CTP course will be provided.
* Get placed into the next available class at PSA upon reaching minimums, no additional interviewrequired.
* Flow-through to American Airlines with no additional interview, once completing requirements at PSA.
Interview ProcessInterview process is broken down into 3 sections:
* Section 1 - HR Interview - Cadet
* Section 2 - Technical Evaluation - Senior Cadet
* Section 3 - Cadet Instructor Check-in and Logbook review - Cadet Instructor
Qualifications
* Must have at least a private pilot certificate
* Must be a current flight student OR CFI, actively instructing
* No more than three check ride failures
* No accident or incident determined by the NTSB to be negligent on behalf of the pilot/aviator
* Ability to obtain a First-Class Medical
* Ability to obtain a Valid Passport
* Ability to obtain FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
* Must be able to meet the necessary hours and qualification under the ATP requirements or the restricted ATP requirements
* Cadets eligible for a R-ATP (1000 or 1250 hours), must have no more than 700 hours
* Cadets requiring ATP (1500 hours), must have no more than 1200 hours
* If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the US
* Must be able to speak, read and write in English

Role and Responsibilities
Command a crew of 3 while responding to a variety of emergency and non-emergency scenarios.
Conduct procedurally correct and expeditious pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight inspections, checklists, and documentation.
Maintain Situational Awareness (SA) and use Crew Resource Management (CRM) throughout all phases of flight.
Adhere to company Flight Operation Procedures (FOPs), Ground Operation Procedures (GOPs), FAA regulations, and Safety Notices.
Maintain all currencies, qualifications, and advanced systems knowledge related to the MSM KC-135 tanker fleet.

MAG Aerospace is hiring for a **UH-60M** **Standardization Instructor Pilot (SIP)** to support a contract we are bidding on concerning a US Army's Security Assistance Training Management Organization (USA-SATMO) training team's support to the Lithuanian Air Force (LTU AF).
The overall team will be comprised of both Pilots and Maintenance subject matter experts with a **tentative** timeline for action on this program of **mid-May 2025** with multiple option years to follow on.
This is a flying position.
The work location is primarily **at Siauliai Airbase** , with potential alternate Lithuanian locations.
All Infrastructure concerning living (apartment, cars, flights etc) will be provided by MAG Aerospace and is currently being developed
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
**Duties include, but not limited to** **:**
+ The SIP shall serve as the TAFT Instructor Pilot and the Senior TAFT Advisor for unit training, standardization, and UH-60M employment.
+ Train and evaluate LTU AF Pilots and Instructor Pilots.
+ Provide contractor prepared training for systems academics, flight instruction, simulator support, operation of installed mission equipment, aircraft and team tactical employment, and system sustainment under day, night, night systems, enclosed cockpit, and simulated instrument.
+ Manage the team's internal standardization and crewmember training sustainment program(similar to Commander's Aircrew Training Program) to ensure TAFT members continueto meet aviation qualification, currency, and proficiency requirements.
+ Responsible for maintenance and certification of air crewmember training folders,monitoring of currency, medical, and proficiency requirements.

**Minimum Requirements**
**Certifications/Qualifications/Experience:**
+ Served in the U.S. Military.
+ Must be previously qualified and rated as a US Army UH-60M SIP
+ Must have a minimum of **3000** total flight hours.
+ Must have **2000** cumulative UH-60M hours
+ Must have **1000** hours cumulative as an UH-60M Instructor Pilot.
+ Must be Qualified as an Instrument Examiner.
+ Must have experience as **an SIP at company/battalion level** or higher.
+ Must have experience in over water search and rescue operations
**Education/Certification:**
+ Must be rated in the UH-60M.
+ Graduate of a U.S. Army UH-60M SIP Flight School/Training Course
+ Qualified in the last 4 years - Dunker/Helicopter Emergency Egress Device (HEED)
**Security Clearance:**
+ Secret clearance (able to obtain a secret clearance)
**Other Qualifications:**
+ U.S. Citizen
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a Flight Physical / Medical Certificate.
+ Must possess or be capable of obtaining a U.S. Passport.
+ Must possess or be capable of obtaining a Lithuanian Visa.
