The Chief Pilot will oversee flight planning, scheduling, ground logistics, aircraft maintenance, and will lead a team of two full-time pilots and several per diem pilots. Essential Functions Flight Operations and Planning: Plan, prepare, and execute flight schedules, including pre-flight briefings, route planning, fuel calculations, and contingency planning.
