Key Responsibilities:
Flight Operations and Compliance:
Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on Falcon 7X flights, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations under FAR Part 91.
Conduct pre-flight inspections, maintain aircraft manuals, file flight plans, and ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
Develop, implement, and oversee the company's Operations Manual, Safety Management System, Standard Operating Procedures, and Letters of Authorization.
Maintain flying proficiency through regular training and stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Prepare and maintain proficiency records, pilot files, flight schedules, and duty time records.
Proactively communicate with leadership regarding operational standards and aircraft airworthiness.
Pilot and Crew Management:
Lead and mentor pilots, providing direction, coaching, and feedback.
Manage crew scheduling, training, and compliance.
Administration and Operations:
Supervise maintenance coordination, overseeing in-house qualified A&P mechanics and external maintenance vendors.
Coordinate flight logistics including scheduling domestic and international flights, security briefings, ground transportation, catering, overflight permits, and related services.
Negotiate and manage service agreements, FBO arrangements, fuel pricing, and maintenance contracts.
Develop and monitor budgets and related financial reports; participate in strategic planning.
Direct responsibility of warranty programs and vendors specific to 7X operation
Performance Analysis and Improvement:
Ensure compliance and submit required reports to FAA and internal departments (Legal, Tax, Insurance, and Finance).
Prepare monthly operational performance reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Regularly communicate with leadership regarding performance assessments and professional development.
Qualifications:
FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) with Falcon 7X type rating.
Minimum of 5,000 total flight hours.
Minimum 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command in Falcon 7X.
Extensive experience operating under FAR Part 91.
Strong understanding of Dassault EASy IV avionics suite.
Experience with international operations, CPDLC, FANS 1/A+, and ADS-B procedures.
Demonstrated leadership and managerial experience.

The Drone Pilot will fill a key role in providing and managing all drone flights, Imagery, Software to ensure both Engineering and Project teams are getting maximum value out of the drone flights. This role will require precise and diligent coordination with all pertinent departments to ensure that all flight plans, and uploaded data are meeting the required field verification. The Drone Pilot position is responsible for understanding, preparing, and executing mapping flights on our projects. Once a project has been assigned, the Drone Pilot will prepare a mission plan which includes dates requested, a KML of the flight area, and any obstacles to flight such as airspace restrictions, tall objects, or inaccessible areas. The drone pilot should additionally select which drone kit and sensor best fits the required criteria of each project. During mission execution, the Drone Pilot will be responsible for all portions of the mission including travel to and from site, transportation logistics for the drone, setting ground control, executing the flight, and ensuring data is uploaded in a timely manner. The Drone Pilot will remain the primary point of contact for their assigned sites when questions arise related to the fight or flight data. This is a multifaceted role that will require an understanding of the Part 107 rules, LAANC Waivers, GNSS/RTK Technology, Photogrammetry/LiDAR, safety in remote environments, travel coordination, and computer literacy to ensure the success of themselves, the Site Investigation team, and Primoris Renewable Energy as a whole.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinate / conduct drone flight site visits with the preconstruction team or client to conduct site inspections, evaluate specific areas of concern, and collect adequate data to distribute to the team.
* Oversee flight mapping, flight mission, data collection and upload/processing.
* Perform duties of a geospatial analyst while in the office, including processing and analyzing remote sensing data.
* Coordinate with internal Primoris teams or Clients/Landowners for approved access to site.
* Assist with coordination of drone flight deliverables during the preconstruction process.
* Support projects by presenting requested information and answering questions throughout the preconstruction, engineering ,and project execution process.
* Help identify what could be major risk items of a project and identify mitigation plans.

SUMMARY:

Minimum Qualifications
* Rotor Wing Pilot in Command: Must hold a current Commercial Pilot or with an Instrument Rating or ATP rotorcraft certificate. Current class II medical certificate. 2,500 PIC flight hours in helicopters. 500 flight hours cross country, of which 100 hours are at night. 75 hours of actual or simulated time of which 50 hours in actual flight. Weight in flight uniform must be less than 206 lbs.
* Rotor Wing Pilot in Command: Must pass a part 135.293 check ride upon completion of INDOC training.
* All candidates are required to participate in (A) pre-employment drug and alcohol testing in compliance with federal regulations of DOT Federal Aviation Administration (FAA); AND (B) Intermountain's drug and alcohol testing. Candidates will be provided required testing documents and will be informed in regard to the substances for which they will be tested.

The Drone Pilot will fill a key role in providing and managing all drone flights, Imagery, Software to ensure both Engineering and Project teams are getting maximum value out of the drone flights. This role will require precise and diligent coordination with all pertinent departments to ensure that all flight plans, and uploaded data are meeting the required field verification. The Drone Pilot position is responsible for understanding, preparing, and executing mapping flights on our projects. Once a project has been assigned, the Drone Pilot will prepare a mission plan which includes dates requested, a KML of the flight area, and any obstacles to flight such as airspace restrictions, tall objects, or inaccessible areas. The drone pilot should additionally select which drone kit and sensor best fits the required criteria of each project. During mission execution, the Drone Pilot will be responsible for all portions of the mission including travel to and from site, transportation logistics for the drone, setting ground control, executing the flight, and ensuring data is uploaded in a timely manner. The Drone Pilot will remain the primary point of contact for their assigned sites when questions arise related to the fight or flight data. This is a multifaceted role that will require an understanding of the Part 107 rules, LAANC Waivers, GNSS/RTK Technology, Photogrammetry/LiDAR, safety in remote environments, travel coordination, and computer literacy to ensure the success of themselves, the Site Investigation team, and Primoris Renewable Energy as a whole.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate / conduct drone flight site visits with the preconstruction team or client to conduct site inspections, evaluate specific areas of concern, and collect adequate data to distribute to the team.
• Oversee flight mapping, flight mission, data collection and upload/processing.
• Perform duties of a geospatial analyst while in the office, including processing and analyzing remote sensing data.
• Coordinate with internal Primoris teams or Clients/Landowners for approved access to site.
• Assist with coordination of drone flight deliverables during the preconstruction process.
• Support projects by presenting requested information and answering questions throughout the preconstruction, engineering ,and project execution process.
• Help identify what could be major risk items of a project and identify mitigation plans.
• Assist with transition from the preconstruction phase to the construction phase by transferring information gained from drone flight site investigations to the construction team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities

The Technician is responsible for performing basic to moderately complex P&PD lab, kitchen, and/or pilot plant activities and routine analyses and procedures under a supervisor's direction. They will assist in all activities ongoing in these areas as required by the supervisor or project leader.

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Rotor Wing Pilot in Command: Must hold a current Commercial Pilot or with an Instrument Rating or ATP rotorcraft certificate. Current class II medical certificate. 2,500 PIC flight hours in helicopters. 500 flight hours cross country, of which 100 hours are at night. 75 hours of actual or simulated time of which 50 hours in actual flight. Weight in flight uniform must be less than 206 lbs.
+ Rotor Wing Pilot in Command: Must pass a part 135.293 check ride upon completion of INDOC training.
+ All candidates are required to participate in (A) pre-employment drug and alcohol testing in compliance with federal regulations of DOT Federal Aviation Administration (FAA); AND (B) Intermountain's drug and alcohol testing. Job Summary
Responsible to ensure aircraft and weather conditions are airworthy to transport medical crew and patient to receiving hospital within an assigned operational area. Responsible for compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), Aeronautical Information Manual (AIM), General Operations Manual guidelines (GOM), and thorough knowledge of Air Methods policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
Operates Air Methods aircraft in a safe and legal manner.
Completes pre-flight before every flight verifying the aircraft is in an airworthy condition by sign off of Daily Flight Log. Pilots will perform a complete walk around of the aircraft prior to entering the cockpit for flight and upon completion of each flight.
Final authority with regard to operations of aircraft and for the safety of passengers, cargo and equipment.
Must be thoroughly familiar with all aircraft and medical systems of backup aircraft utilized at operational area and also ensures that the medical flight team is familiar and comfortable with the medical interior and systems.
Responsible for completion of required documentation.
Able to conduct detailed flight planning with little notice to exacting standards.
Participates regularly in Air Methods meetings, activities, projects, committees and community outreach.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Regular scheduled attendance (7/7 schedule - 12 hour shifts)
Subject to applicable laws and Air Method's policies, regular attendance is an essential function of the position. All employees must follow Air Methods' employment practices and policies.

Education & Experience
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and two to five years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Operation and Safety Requirements:
As a member of the Flight Crew, any person employed in this position shall maintain a weight not to exceed 250 pounds and shall be less than seventy (70) years old.

Pilots must have flown in category within the previous 24 months
CareFlight of the Rockies minimums:
2500 hours but 3000 hours preferred
1000 hours PIC
1000 hours turbine
200 hours night flight time
100 hours actual instrument and 500 hours minimum instrument and 1000 hours total instrument preferred
Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) Program:
2500 total flight hours with minimum of 2000 flight hours in category.
1000 hours PIC in category.
500 hours of cross-country flight time, at least 50 hours of which were at night
500 hours of turbine time
100 hours night flight time
100 hours of flight in actual instrument conditions in category
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Instrument rating (for category and class of aircraft)(ATP rating in category meets this requirement)
Fixed wing multiengine rating is required for twin-engine aircraft
Commercial single-engine land is required for single-engine aircraft
First OR Second Class FAA Medical certificate required.
