Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Pilot in Command (PIC) in accordance with FAR Part 135 regulations for Lear 45 charter operations.
Ensure flight operations meet FAA regulations, Company manuals, and internal policies while maintaining an excellent customer service experience for passengers.
Engage with clients to provide a safe, comfortable, and professional charter flight experience.
Execute flight planning, dispatch coordination, aircraft cleaning, stocking, and managing the loading/unloading of bags and equipment with a focus on client satisfaction.
Maintain the Lear 45 / 75 in optimal operational condition, ensuring the safety and efficiency of each flight.
Complete successful pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
Maintain reliable, regular, and predictable attendance.
Adhere to Company policies, safety standards, and code of conduct.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
Multi-Engine Land Rating.
FAA First Class Medical Certificate
Valid US Passport
Valid US Driver's License
Must not have any ineligible TSA criminal offenses.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing superior customer service.
Ability to support company's mission and deliver exceptional service to clients.

23.00 USD Hourly The Wharf Boathouse, operated by Guest Services, Inc, is hiring for a seasonal boat captain to run our jitney. The boat is a Duffy Electric Sun Cruiser that is 22 feet long. The jitney runs Thursdays through Sundays and the captain will operate the boat daily. This is a seasonal position and must have passed and have a current NISBLA certificate.
The Captain directs the ferry's activities and operates the vessel safely and efficiently. This position serves as the primary contact onboard the vessel with the USCG concerning compliance with laws and regulations. The Captain administers training and drills aboard the vessel, and this position ensures a high level of customer service is provided
Job Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Safe operation, cleaning, and general up keep of a passenger vessel.
Safe vessel tie up to docks, piers, ships and moorings;
Positive communication with client crew;
Passenger embarkation/debarkation safety and operation;
Repair and modification of related equipment such as pumps, lines, hoses;
Grease, lube, and maintenance of the marine systems;
Maintain accurate logs and records;
Interacts with customers and management in a professional manner;
Dock hand work as well as supporting non-motorized waterfront operations.
SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
Previous dock/marina experience preferred.
Ability to work remotely with little direct supervision;
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects and/or equipment;
Ability to take and adhere to instructions;
Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with others;
Small boat handling skills, passenger vessel experience a plus.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and walk on nearly a constant basis
Able to bend, rotate and reach frequently
