Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments, verifying items against purchase orders and packing lists. Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory audits as needed. Coordinate with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups and deliveries. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized shipping and receiving area. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external vendors. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipping and receiving promptly. Utilize warehouse management systems and other software to track shipments and inventory. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
