Creates and reviews product shipping documentation, i.e Delivery note Packages parts for shipment. Generates shipping labels and/or other shipping documentation, i.e. bill of lading, customs documentation, etc. Schedules pickups and drop offs of product ready to ship. Retrieves parts from stock as well as putting excess parts to stock. Maintain accurate finished goods and semi-finished goods inventory. Understands ISO policies, procedures and work instructions. Create purchase orders and receipts for outside processing suppliers. Works with shipping companies such as FedEx, UPS, Yellow Roadway, DB Schenker, etc. Load and unloads trucks Inspect, receive and deliver all incoming deliveries Other duties as assigned. Primary Responsibilities: Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers. Experience: Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the job training. Qualifications: Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.
