Visually inspect all cases loaded to ensure they are in saleable condition. Be aware of code dates and load the oldest product first. 9. Load the product on each truck properly to prevent damage. Review each completed load and make sure it can be counted without having to move any product. 10. Ensure proper organization, cleanliness and rotation of the package storage area, draught storage, staging and racking. 11.
