Previous experience with kinetic, burning, cutting or cleaning parts would be ideal. This is a 2nd shift position with a regular schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3pm - 130am. Responsible for accurate machine operation and burning. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: 1. Verifies plate size, heat number, and grade of material prior to cutting. 2. Operates Burning Machine to produce flame-cut profiles meeting customer order requirements. 3. Cuts test piece to ensure size and dimensional tolerance. 4. Adjusts machine as necessary after test piece and signs work order to verify accuracy of set up. 5. Cuts balance of parts to fulfill order requirements. 6. Completes paperwork including drop sheet for remaining uncut plate after order is fulfilled 7. Returns paperwork for packing 8. Maintain equipment according to manufacturer's recommendations 9.
