Outpatient work will be in an FQHC that is also a level 3 PCMH. We believe in team based, patient focused care and community engagement. We are supported by a clinical care team of a psychologist, dietician, clinical pharmacist, care coordinators, and community health workers. Our community medicine program is a large component of our training so interest here is also welcomed. The Family Medicine Residency of Idaho is our sponsoring institution with over 40 years of producing strong, rural physicians.
