Our call center fields over 600 calls a day leading to patient referrals for our partner sites
We have great relationships with urgent care and vendors helping to grow our patient panel.
Given our scheduling technology, we rarely have no shows
We already have a growing population of patients eager to join our new locations
We do take care of Medicare patients but don't do Medicaid

We will consider some coming out of their residency
Pay & Benefits:
At any point in the contract, the employed physician can move to a compensation only model which they will receive 30% of the collections and be able to hire their own APPs
The average revenue per visit in our practice in $370 per visit
Top producers are making $450 a visit
The average number of visits per day per provider is 15 to 16.
Some see as many as 20 patients per day
A full-time APP generates about $800K in collections each year.
The physician would receive 30% of that ($240K) and pay the APP with that money (ranges from $100-$130K) and keep the rest as an override
With this model, you would have autonomy in terms of working the days of the week you want and taking unlimited vacation once the business is ramped up and the practice is seeing steady flow of patients.
Half a dozen physicians are working under the 30% model and are making over $100K a month.

The physician will be 1 of 2 full-time transplant ID physicians supported by a transplant APP. Call is shared with a group of ID physicians at Piedmont Atlanta and will be part of a true multidisciplinary transplant institute model of care.
Piedmont's transplant program is based in Atlanta, and includes large-volume heart, liver, kidney, and kidney-pancreas programs. Piedmont performed over 600 solid organ transplants in 2024, and operates the Lifelink Organ Recovery Center at Piedmont Atlanta.
The infectious disease physician is responsible for consultative care for our multi-organ abdominal transplant, cardiac transplant, and LVAD patients with infections. The involved physicians will also play an intricate role in the protocol development and clinical questions around organ acceptance, hepatitis, HIV, and other transmissible illnesses.
