Job Title: Family Medicine Physician The family medicine physician provides primary care services to patients of all ages within our outpatient clinic that specializes in I/DD. This includes developing and implementing a plan of care, prescribing medications, and appropriately documenting each patient encounter in the electronic health record (EHR).
