Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine residents' therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on enhancing functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish and meet care goals.
• Provide education to residents and their families on therapy interventions and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred but not required).
