About the Role We're looking for a hands-on photographer to join our busy collaborative marketing team. You will be delivering a wide variety of content projects, from new product launches to individual email campaigns to weekly food projects for our blog. As part of your role, you will receive asset requests as well as participate in ideation for new content. Your work will be essential in communicating what we do through production quality and alignment with the brand. **This position requires you to work in-office 5 days/week** Essential Responsibilities: Create and develop photos for weekly food projects, educational content, promotional content, commercial case studies, etc Work independently and as part of the creative team to storyboard, develop and produce multimedia content Create Moodboards, Shotlists, inspiration and scrap files to be shared and used by team Develop and coordinate production schedules with other team members Manage, maintain and upgrade all lighting, and camera equipment as needed Transport, and set up all production equipment, including lighting equipment, both in the field and in house Transport, set up, and operate lighting, audio, and camera equipment on location or in house Post-production photo and editing for various channels Archive photos within assets server Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an area of study relevant to media production 5+ years professional experience with all aspects of photography A professional portfolio of previous work (previous food experience, a plus) A strong technical knowledge of lighting, and camera equipment (operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.) Proficiency with professional editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc. A proven ability to stay informed of latest developments and trends in photography Must be detail oriented, deadline driven, and have a commitment to producing quality photography Ability to work collaboratively with a team and lead photography initiatives A proven ability to take direction Detail-oriented worker-a strong preference for using numerical grid values to make sure layouts are precise, rather than lining things up by eye

    **Mission Statement** We provide field, range, testing, chemical, and biological laboratory support to the U.S. Army at the West Desert Test Center (WDTC) located at Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), UT. As a major test site for the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command, the WDTC is responsible for the test and evaluation of chemical and biological (CB) defense systems, incendiary and smoke/obscuration munitions systems, and related operational concepts. In addition to these responsibilities, we also support non-CB testing at the WDTC for the DOD and other Federal agencies, including environmental assessment/impact evaluation and munitions demilitarization. Our Dugway Operation was established in 2004 with the award of the Field, Range, Chamber, and Laboratory Support Services (FRC&LSS) contract. Through the FRC&LSS contract, we have integrated with Mellor Engineering, TOPE, and JRAD with a composite staff size of more than 170 personnel. **Job Description** We are seeking a Photographer to support the Dugway Proving Ground (DPG) contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following job duties: + Routine pictures: + Take routine pictures in situations where several shots can be taken. Position uses standard still cameras for pictures lacking complication, such as speed motion, color contrast, or lighting. Photographs are taken for identification, employee publications, information or publicity purposes. + The Successful candidate must be able to focus, center and provide simple flash-type lighting for an uncomplicated photograph. + These duties will also include capturing and recording the conditions of machinery, supplies, equipment, buildings, damage to shipping and other material. + These assignments are usually performed without direct guidance due to the clear and simple nature of the desired photographs. + They will prepare test data sheets, field data, operating and film reports and other duties as assigned. **Education and Experience:** + Trained on high speed camera systems, tracking telescope systems, and video systems. + A good working knowledge of math and experience in operating tacking telescopes, video systems, fixed cameras to obtain data measurements, and performing optical data reduction. + The photographer must have experience in digital processing (motion/still), printing, still photography, videography and digital imaging techniques. **Clearance:** Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. **Essential Functions** **Physical Requirements:** Medium- Exerts up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. **Work Environment:** Generally an outdoor environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task. An inside environment may be a cubicle (considerations: close quarters, low to moderate noise, bright or dim lighting). Outside work may include various environmental conditions including hot and cold climates. Needs to be able to work well with co-workers and all levels of management. No hazards on job or unusual environmental conditions.
